Return Authorization Process

A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly visible on the outside of the package
Returns submitted without authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

Missing parts or mounting hardware

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, you must first complete the return process for the original product. A new order should then be placed separately. Any approved refund or credit may be used toward the replacement purchase.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to complete the transaction.
